To get things moving quickly, I provide short-burst brand consultancy packages for businesses to level-up their brands; practical, actionable advice based on over 20 years of experience. From a short half-day session to longer-term advice, you can start small or do more.

Firestorm audit

Package 1 - I visit your business and review everything to do with your branding and marketing in an intensive 1-day session. Ideal for those who want a burst of honest advice and a priority list of immediate and medium-term actions. Ready, set, go!

From the ground up

Package 2 - Everything in Package 1, plus I follow up with a concise Brand DNA and Strategy document to underpin marketing and brand growth. You also get a range of bonus tools and templates along with a print copy of my book, The Anatomy of a Brand. Nice!

Top to bottom

Package 3 - Everything in Package 2 but extended over two full days, set a week apart. I am able to achieve a deeper understanding to add more value for you. I also include 2 x 1-hour follow-up sessions over video conference. Some things just can't be rushed.

What you’ll need to do

First, you’ll need to complete my brand discovery questionnaire so that I can understand some basics about your business. Then, when we get started, you'll need to make sure you and your team have a clear day, free of distractions. We’ll need a quiet place where we can focus and make some real progress. Be open to new ideas and ready to make change happen. A whiteboard, screen, biscuits and some good coffee help, too.

What you get from me is everything I know for the whole of the time we're working together - no distractions; expert advice and a set of actionable outcomes tailored to meet your specific goals. Also, plenty of additional email support if you need it.
